My clients and potential clients ask me this all the time. Since I sell Real Estate for a living, you would expect me automatically answer; "Of course you should buy". But since my business has always been built on honesty and trust, sometimes I have to tell them that now is not the time to buy.
There are many factors to consider. Here are a few.

These are indeed bizarre times in the Real Estate industry. I have been selling real estate for 15 years, have been through several up and down cycles. But I have NEVER seen anything like this. As with most things, there are 2 side to this question: Is this a good time to FIX AND FLIP?

I wish I knew !! Things are changing so fast in the mortgage business, even I can't keep up. Since the whole mortgage meltdown,
